When ADP launched the “One ADP” rebrand, I reported directly to our division’s Global Brand Director. Internal design support was surprisingly limited so I needed to enable the marketing team instead. I created a brand center for popular assets and guidelines, along with easy-to-use templates that were designed to be reusable and require little design assistance (if any).
